Obstetric Medicine will publish papers on all aspects of medicine affecting the pregnant woman, including conditions that pre-exist and arise de novo in pregnancy, and the long-term implications of pregnancies, including those complicated by disease, for maternal health. Articles will reflect the contributions made by obstetric physicians in training, practice and research; obstetricians and gynaecologists; perinatologists; general physicians; and obstetric anaesthesiologists.
